The concept of property maintenance can be defined by the task of maintaining and upkeeping a facility and its surrounding property in their entirety.   • Should know his way around tax returns and budget management: Property managers hold more responsibilities than taking care of tangible property. They need to be responsible about the property taxes, the electric bills, water bills and repair costs.
